Uuuuugh, I *finally* finished this one. 
It started out as an oekaki, but I coloured it in PS.
Believe it or not...I had NO idea how to create those rounded boarders. I tried looking for tutorials on here, but they all sucked. After much cussing, I did find one, however, on the interweb. What a pain.
